• All DSP’s must have a clean criminal history as established by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities. • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Must have or be able to obtain a valid First Aid/CPR certification. • 8 hours initial training, new hire training, and annual training. DSP’s also receive other ongoing training that is needed to best serve those they work with. Individual Specific Training is on-going and provided as frequently as needed. We provided/coordinate all the trainings that are needed. • Must have or be able to obtain medication administration training as needed. • Must be able to read and comprehend and follow written instructions. • DSP’s must have access to a cell phone to use while working. • Must be able to be flexible as the clients needs may change. • Must be reliable, friendly, and respectful to clients and other team members. * Requirements are subject to change.

Currently we offer Home-Maker Personal Care services, HPC transportation, and NMT Transportation for individuals on the IO/Level 1 waivers.
